How do I know if I need a caregiver?

When deciding whether you require a caregiver, consider and make a list of your day-to-day activities. Is there time when you require a bit of assistance to carry out your tasks safely? It could even be as simple as looking for some extra company throughout the day. Whatever your needs are, there is a caregiver that can help you remain independent and comfortable in your own home.  

Do you provide live-in caregivers?

No, at this time we do not have live-in caregivers. Keep checking back with us as the list of services we provide is always growing! 

How quickly can in-home care services begin? ?

Generally, we can set up in-home care within 48-72 hours if necessary. This allows us to ensure that we have sufficient time to collect all the necessary information in order to provide you with the care that is best suited to your situation. 

Something unexpected has come up and I need to change my care plan schedule. How can I do this?

Reach out the Apna Senior Care team via phone or email. We always do our best to accommodate your schedule and your requests. Please inform us of any changes or cancellations at least 48 hours prior to the time you are scheduled to receive care. 

How do you accept payment?

Payments can be made by cash, cheque or electronic transfer on a bi-weekly basis. If none of these payment options work for you, give us a call and we will do our best to customize a payment plan for you.
